Q1. How did your career journey start? Or Who/What inspired you to start this business/ entrepreneurship? 

Design & Art have been my passion since childhood. I was always keen to start my own company as I have all civil engineers, builders, architects in my family and also being Gujrati, I too had a business mind.

I started working with architectural and design firms before starting my own company as I needed confidence and understanding of the process in and out. 

The whole idea to start the company came in existence when I started getting projects, which inspired me to take up the projects as a company from August 2019.

The Atelier Projects is an Interior Design company. We undertake turnkey projects. We provide personalized design solutions with 3D visualization that suits your budget and lifestyle. We take great pride in delivering finished homes and spaces which incorporate contemporary trends and yet have a timeless appeal. We’re a great match for those who are looking for a one-stop shop for all your home design and decoration needs.

It caters to all Interior solutions like Designing, Plumbing, Civil, Electrical & false ceiling, Carpentry, Painting as well as Home styling/furnishing/decor.

Q3. What kind of challenges did you face while starting/doing business?

Challenges have always inspired me to work more. There were quite a lot of them at the start, the the whole idea to start the company was when I started getting projects, which inspired me to take up the projects as a company. But then since it's difficult to self promote your services and ideas to a larger public. I have faced difficulties in finding the leads for my business.

Q4. Do share with our readers about your discovery period when you were facing difficulties in your business? 

During this time I started looking for the promotions activities to reach out to bigger audiences. What works wonders is word of mouth publicity. Also I have never stopped learning anything new. So I understood the importance of Referrals and Referral Partners.

Q5. Share with our readers about your experiment period after the discovery period?

I am experimenting with the Referral Partners to generate more business for my company. Also making my website more appealing with professional photoshoot of my completed sites, to attract more potential clients. Upgrading to social media for the new age generation, to be more visible in the crowd.

Q6. What are your future plans? Or now what is your vision for next five years?

I want to establish my company as a higher quality experience for the Design Consultation for our clients. “There will always be a market of people who want something that isn't seen everywhere, and that isn't available to everyone,” - David Kleinberg

Q7. How would you advise/suggest new entrepreneurs who want to start & sustain in business?

Keep making efforts and the results would show up someday. Patience is the key. Never give up that is the best you can do for yourself.
